Bravo MDF doors are built exactly like wood doors were made centuries ago with the traditional doweled stile and rail construction. Separate stile, rails, and panels are assembled by hand utilizing twenty-first century technology. They are constructed with wood stiles for screw holding strength and from highly refined MDF which is a stable and abundant wood fiber material. They are available with a solid raised or flat panel design. The wood dowels ensure against stile and rail separation.

Hollow Metal Masonry Frame

A Hollow Metal masonry frame is designed to meet the specific requirements of masonry wall, which can include tile, stone, brick, or concrete. In this type of frame installation, the masonry wall is longer than the frame depth. To ensure a proper fit, the frame should be installed flush against one side of the wall – or butted up against the wall. The installation process for this application involves the use of anchors and dynabolts. The rough opening needed is the nominal door width + 4-1/2” and nominal door height + 2-1/4”. For example, a 3’0” (36″) x 6’8” (80″) door would need a rough opening of 3’4-1/2” (40-1/2″) x 6’10-1/4″ (82-1/4″).

Hollow Metal Doors

Hollow Metal Doors are crafted from strong 18-gauge galvannealed steel and feature a polystyrene core. These doors are capable of achieving a fire rating of up to 90 minutes. These doors come from the factory pre-machined to fit SteelCraft hinges and strike locations. They can be prepped in two ways: with a single bore having a 2-3/4″ backset to SteelCraft specifications or as a RIM reinforced option.

Smooth-Star® Shaker Style Door

Shaker style doors and sidelites come standard with flush-glazed glass. Built directly into the door during the manufacturing process, flush-glazed glass eliminates the need for a lite frame allowing more natural light into the home. The glass is surrounded by the door’s polyurethane foam core providing durability, while a dual adhesive high-performance weather seal eliminates pathways for air and water infiltration.

The flat profile Simulated Divided Lites (SDL) complement the square recessed panels on the doors and sidelites. SDL bars are used to create 2, 3, 4, or 6 lite configurations for doors, or 2 lite configurations for sidelites to coordinate with existing window grid patterns on the home. Available in both 6'8" and 8'0" heights, Shaker style doors pair well with either a craftsman lite Shaker style flush-glazed sidelite or a full lite flush-glazed sidelite both available in 6'8" and 8'0" heights.

An optional 4 block dentil shelf can be added to Shaker style doors in order to complement architectural elements around the house. The craftsman lite 2 panel Shaker flush-glazed door is ideal for front, side, and back entry doors, while 2 panel craftsman Shaker doors deliver the Shaker aesthetic without glass and is ideal for utility door applications.
