Once the project has been reviewed by Reeb Customer Service, the Project will be returned. The requestor will receive an email notifying the Project has been reviewed. The user can also check the Dashboard to see Special Order Projects that have been reviewed by Reeb.
Open the Item and the user will be prompted to either “Accept” or “Edit the Item Further”. Select “Yes I Accept”
You will notice an additional description field populated by the Reeb Customer Service Representative. This same description will appear on any Reeb confirmations. The List Price has also been populated by Reeb.
Users that have the permission “Can see cost” can display the cost of the item from Reeb.
