Neuma is a manufacturer of patio doors. These patio doors are available as gliding doors, where one is always stationary and the other glides behind it, or hinged. The hinged doors are available as double hinged, where both doors open, or center hinged, where one panel is stationary and the other is hinged to the center mullpost.

Not only are patio doors available as hinged or gliding, they are also available low-e, with grilles between the glass, or with blinds between the glass.

Grilles between the glass are are flat white 3/4” grilles that are layered between two layers of glass in a 15-lite layout.

Blinds between the glass are sealed between 2 panes of glass within the door and provide several benefits. The Clear Glass Blind Operator has two operators to operate the blinds between the glass with raise, lower and tilt.

Roc-York Hinge

A Roc-York Hinge is a concealed hinge that can be adjusted three ways in the frame while the unit is installed for an even reveal all the way around the unit.

The RY50 hinge holds 50kg. With two hinges, it will hold close to 110lbs; with three hinges it will hold close to 154lbs. If a more heavy duty hinge is desired, it can be special ordered but it will NOT fit the stocked frame. Along with a special order hinge, the frame must be special ordered as well.

Concealed Magnetic Door Catch

The Precision Concealed Magnetic Door catch is recessed into the head jamb and the top edge of the door on the strike side. While the catch works as is, additional metal plates can be added to the catch. The more metal plates used leads to a smaller gap between the head jamb and top of the door and in return make the holding power stronger. Therefore, the catch can accommodate heavier doors.

Power Adjustment Packers

These cylindrical pieces are placed inside a cup and a magnet is placed on top, they’re fixed together with a magnetic cover plate. The more packers used, the more the offset of the magnet decreases, allowing for up to 85% more power than the standard application.

The magnetic plate cover plate protects the magnets inside from impact damage during installation. It helps with corrosion and also conceals the magnets for a more attractive finish.

Patio Jambs

A patio jamb is machined with a recessed dado to allow a screen to be used with a patio door. This dado acts as a guide for the screen itself to move back and forth.

Patio jambs are typically 6-9/16″ in depth, but a 4-9/16″ depth jamb can also be used by applying a screen track on the underside of the brickmould.

Floor Mount Double Action Hinge

Double Action Hinges allow for the door to open in either direction and automatically return to a closed position.

The 7811 features a floor plate, steel mechanism, anti-friction bearings, adjustable spring tensions, along with hold open features. The 7811 is also non-handed and the side plate material is made from steel and can accommodate 1-3/8” or 1-3/4” doors while holding doors that weigh up to 90lbs. It also features a horizontal spring pivot.

#218 SOSS Hinge

SOSS hinges are an invisible hinge where flush fit, compact size and smooth operation are necessary features. This full size door style hinge will provide superior appearance and durability.

Model #218 is used with 1-3/4” doors in wood or metal applications. They open a full 180° and are a single action hinge. They feature a #10 Screw Head with eight (8) pre-drilled screw locations.
