RSP Fiberglass and Steel Doors

Reeb Specialty Products (RSP) offers high quality products at a low price. Manufacturers offer many lite options, but at times there may be a lite design that isn’t offered. The RSP brand carries a line of lite inserts that can be installed into our fiberglass or steel doors to create unique styles.

These lite options can be installed in standard smooth fiberglass doors or either steel entry door offering. RSP doors have a 5 year warranty. While the lites can be used for an exterior door option, the available louver is an interior grade. This door model is suggested as a utility door where it will not come into direct contact with the elements.

Below are the RSP models available. Each model is prefaced with a code that is related to the type of door that is used.

Grain vs Stain

When a stain is applied to any sort of grain, the type of grain affects the final finish. A wider grain will appear slightly lighter while a tighter grain will appear darker. Why? The stain will sit in the ticks of the grain and the more grain, the darker it will appear. Below are all the Reeb Finish stain options, shown in all the grain types.

Started in 1969 in Baltimore, Maryland, Fypon produced moulded polyurethane millwork products for the building industry in several Pennsylvania facilities. Reeb offers PermaPorch ceiling in white in 12′ and 16′ sections. They are available as single sheets or as a bundle of 8. One piece of the 12′ ceiling covers 4.75 sq. ft. while the bundle covered 38 sq. ft. One piece of the 16′ ceiling covers 6.33 sq. ft. while the bundle covers 50.67 sq. ft.

Fypon Classic Crossheads & Keystones

Crossheads are a decorative unit that goes above the door unit. The Classic Crosshead is measured to fit exactly over the unit and cannot be trimmed in the field.

This profile of crosshead can be paired with a keystone, dentil trim, or bottom trim. There are two types of keystones: a plain design and a design with a recessed panel.

The part number for the classic crosshead is WCHWWXH where:

  • WCH = Crosshead
  • WW = Width
  • H = Height
