Started in 1969 in Baltimore, Maryland, Fypon produced moulded polyurethane millwork products for the building industry in several Pennsylvania facilities. The company worked steadily for 35 years to develop moulded polyurethane products and educate the marketplace on the merits of polyurethane pieces. Through hard work and exceptional marketing efforts, Fypon built itself into the recognized brand name leader in the polyurethane millwork industry.

PermaPorch ceiling is offered in 12′ and 16′ sections and as single sheets or as a bundle of 8. One piece of the 12′ ceiling covers 4.75 sq. ft. while the bundle covered 38 sq. ft. One piece of the 16′ ceiling covers 6.33 sq. ft. while the bundle covers 50.67 sq. ft.

Crossheads are a decorative unit that goes above the door unit. The Classic Crosshead is measured to fit exactly over the unit and cannot be trimmed in the field.

This profile of crosshead can be paired with a keystone, dentil trim, or bottom trim. There are two types of keystones: a plain design and a design with a recessed panel.

The part number for the classic crosshead is WCHWWXH where:

• WCH = Crosshead
• WW = Width
• H = Height
