The Therma-Tru Inswing fire sill is used with the 90-minute Therma-Tru steel edge doors in the Therma-Tru split steel frames. An extender is included with the closure package so the sill matches the desired frame depth.

A standard hinge has two leaves that are joined together with a removable pin. A self-aligning hinge is used with doors that have a dapped hinge and include self-aligning tabs to properly align the hinge on the door.
Therma-Tru’s Self-Aligning Standard hinge is radius on one side and square on the other. The radius side has a 5/8” radius and is applied to the jamb. The square side is applied to the door and includes the locating tabs for application. It is used with which the Fiber-Classic, Smooth-Star, Profiles, and Traditions lines.
The hinge uses #10 x 3/4” Phillips flat head screws on the jamb side and #10 x 1” Phillips flat head screws on the door side. This hinge is available in the following finishes: brushed nickel, black nickel, polished chrome, oil rubbed bronze, stainless steel, and zinc dichromate.
An adjustable hinge allows the door to be moved horizontally and vertically in the frame by adjusting the hex screws, maintaining alignment and keeping the door performing well.
Therma-Tru’s Adjustable Hinge can only be used with Classic Craft units. Both sides of the hinge have a 5/8” radius. The hinge uses both #10 x 3/4” and #10 x 2-1/2” Phillips flat head screws on the jamb side and #8 x 1-1/4” Phillips flat head screws on the door side. A 3/16” allen wrench is needed to adjust the hinge. This hinge is available in the following finishes: bright brass, brushed nickel, black nickel, polished chrome, and oil rubbed bronze.
A spring hinge includes a self-closing spring mechanism that helps pull the door closed for convenience or meets code requirements that may be applicable in fire door applications. The amount of spring in the hinge is adjustable by including cross pins. A 9/64” allen wrench can tighten the hinge and a cross pin is inserted in to finalize the adjustment. A self-aligning hinge is used with doors that have a dapped hinge and include self-aligning tabs to properly align the hinge on the door.
