If you decide the Special Order Item returned for review is not exactly what you were looking for you have the opportunity to reject the item. “Select No Let me Edit it Further”
The user is required to enter additional descriptive information. Again provide as much detail as possible so the Reeb Customer Service Team understands your requirements. Select OK and resubmit for Special Order.
You can reject and resubmit a Special Order Project up to 10 times. All of the pertinent information will be captured and maintained in the project history as a safeguard.
