Dura-Tech White Frame Components
Dura-Tech is a rigid, durable, waterproof, low maintenance, 12 mil PVC film bonded to the Dura-Frame™ wood substrate, featuring a rot resistant, Alaskan Yellow Cypress bottom. To enhance Dura-Tech’s inherent weather resistant properties, jambs and brickmould are pre-kerfed and shipped joined via flexible spline.

Dura-Tech FX50 Black Exterior/White Interior
Dura-Tech FX50 combines the rot-resistant Dura-Frame substrate, a 12 mil white Dura-Tech layer for durability, plus a high-performance, black FX50 acrylic film applied to exterior-facing surfaces. The textured FX50 acrylic film delivers lasting resistance to heat and fading. Like Dura-Tech White components (above), Dura-Tech FX50 Black/White jambs and brickmould are pre-kerfed and shipped joined via flexible spline.

- A solid color PMMA acrylic base layer utilizing pigmentation that reflects infrared rays and resist heat buildup.
- A transparent PMMA acrylic, UV protective layer to eliminate color fading.
- A durable, transparent Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) transparent top layer, resistant to dirt, solvents, acids and hydrocarbons – making it very easy to maintain and clean.
