Aluminum Outswing Bumper Sill

An Aluminum Outswing Bumper Sill has an all-aluminum construction with a pressure treated wood subsill. This sill resists corrosion and an integrated weather-strip which helps form a tight seal under wind pressure. There are screw holes on the aluminum approach of the sill for screwing into the subfloor during installation. It is recommended that all outswing units use NRP hinges. For a 6/8 unit, the rough opening is 81-1/8″.
