The Primed 20 Minute Fire Doors are rated as Positive Pressure. They are 1-3/4″doors with a 20 minutes fire rated panel. To have the positive pressure rating, they must be used with an exterior 20 minute frame and they must have an intumescent strip applied to the frame after installation and finishing. The intumescent strip will be supplied along with installation instructions. To pass the fire inspection, the intumescent strip must be applied in the field.
